3 Ways To Become the Best Event Manager

Updated: Mar 19, 2020

Hey!

Welcome back to the third and final edition of this blog post.

Here is the final set of guideline from which I see the industry can really gain momentum from:

Training and Workshops. I can't stress enough on how important these are for the CEO's and teams. We need to understand that our employees do not work for us, we work for them. It is only possible when there are training modules introduced into your company that cater YOUR companies needs and not the industry in general.

Why take up workshops when you can hire an experienced person instead?

Training is a very different concept, let me break it down:

1. Trainings bring out the USP of your company

2. As a CEO it helps clear out a path that makes it easier for your team to follow

3. Trainings have been proven to provide a new perspective that is required which in turn leads to Employee satisfaction = Client satisfaction.

When a new team member joins your company there is so much more than just experience that counts when it comes to event handling.

From recruiting a new employee; to making sure they are actually loving their job; to retention- a simple coffee break room or installing a pool table doesn't fix problems (Trust me all the major event companies I have worked for think it magically fixes everything!)

There's so much EQ factored into the process of a workshop where teams are involved and come together to achieve a greater purpose.

"The way your employees feel is the way your customers will feel. And if your employees don’t feel valued, neither will your customers" — Sybil F

Why don't you organize a session of free consulting on training programme for your team and see for yourself?

Are you ready to take the next step to be better for the industry? Now This is what it takes to be the best Event Manager.

Hope you enjoyed the blogs and they were thought provoking!

See you again!

Thank you.
